Of course there will always be stains that cannot be removed, but these are usually either very old stains (over 12 months) or the client has used a product that has locked the stain into the fibre. Also old urine odours are often hard to remove as they have travelled down through the underlay and along the floor.

Answer. Yes we will come in with a "Black Light" and detect where the odour is coming from. We then use 2 products to remove any staining and odour.
5. Ive got a problem with rust on my carpet from some older type furniture that had metal legs. Can you help?
Answer. No problems with rust, we can remove quickly.
