Our standard charge for cleaning the carpet in a 3 Bedroom home is $180+GST. This includes the removal of most marks and Stains
that do not require further advanced stain removal techniques.
A 2 Bedroom Home $160
A 1 Bedroom Home $140
We are happy to shift furniture around if we can easily, but do prefer you to move your ornaments if they are likely to get in the way.
Also our prices are less if the home or flat is empty like an end of term rental (please check with us) Contact us for a quote.
Furniture Cleaning
The cost for cleaning a 3 seater Couch is $80+GST.
A 2 Seater is $60+GST and a Lazy Boy $35+GST
But we also clean all other suite sizes and Chair types and sizes
Prices may vary depending on the type of Fabric and the quantity.
For properties that are difficult to get to and machinery has to be taken up flights of stairs there is a Surcharge of $30
